Return and Refund Policy for eBooks and Digital Products

Please review our policy regarding digital products, including eBooks and PDF, carefully before completing your transaction.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, all sales of eBooks and digital products are final. Once an order is completed and the content has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By purchasing, you agree to this policy and confirm that you understand the product being bought is digital, not physical.

 

2. Limited Exceptions

While all sales are typically final, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download the product due to a verified technical problem, and our support team cannot resolve it.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at avencole01@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 

3. Consumer Rights Notice

This policy does not override rights provided under local consumer protection laws. If you are purchasing from a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer guarantees (e.g., USA, UK, Australia or the EU), you may be entitled to remedies in the event of a fault preventing
